Troubleshooting

Is troubleshooting a genre of communication? Perhaps it is.

Businesses, professionals, organizations, families and individuals encounter grievous problems which take over their worlds and which utterly defy solution. In my years of legal practice I often found that I was able to solve seemingly intractable issues, not because I'm brilliant, but because I come from outside and I am willing and able to listen patiently and thoughtfully, and then to think in unconventional ways.

Most problems are willing to tell you their own solutions, but those who are stuck in the middle of the conundrum are not able to hear.  As an outsider I am able to look at your crushing problem in a different way and find a good way out.

We won't know until we talk about it, but feel free to contact me.
